Heidi and I would like to extend our appreciation to Bill and Kim Burr, long time skydiving friends of ours, who were instrumental in Jack's Transplant by volunteering the use of their airplane to fly Jack to his Appointments, and his Transplant at UC Davis. Further, Kim stepped WAY outside her comfort zone to drive up to Sacramento and take care of Jack for 2 weeks. We owe them a big debt of gratutitude.
